Added 3 new events: the first Operation Southern Spear strike on an alleged Venezuelan cartel vessel (2 Sep 2025); the setting of the 1 June 2027 trial date for Nicolas Maduro and Cilia Flores (22 Jul 2026); and the resumption of Caribbean boat strikes after a two-month pause, under the new Joint Task Force Western Hemisphere (25 Aug 2026).

Redesigned the home page as a dashboard: statistics, shortcuts to every section, and the latest 4 events.

2026-08-13Authorship disclosed: Felix Izarra
The "About the author" section now publicly identifies Felix D. Izarra as the author of this site, together with his background: Computer Science studies at Universidad Central de Venezuela (2010-2016), his leadership role in the digital resistance since the 2014 protests, the Patea Maduro game (over 50,000 downloads), and his current professional work as a senior mobile engineer.
Removed the earlier note claiming authorship was "withheld for safety reasons".
2026-08-13Judicial update: captures, FTO, deportations
Added 5 new events: Treasury SDGT designation of Cartel de los Soles (25 Jul 2025); State Department FTO designation (24 Nov 2025); capture of Nicolas Maduro in Caracas and DOJ superseding indictment (3-5 Jan 2026); postponement of Hugo Carvajal's sentencing after his letter to Trump (16 Apr 2026); deportation and new Miami charges against Alex Saab (16-24 May 2026 / 24 Jul 2026).
Corrected the date of Hugo Carvajal's guilty plea: the actual date is 25 June 2025 (the earlier 8 October 2025 entry was replaced).

New editorial note on "About": on 5 January 2026 the DOJ backed away from characterizing Cartel de los Soles as a formal criminal organization and now describes it as a "patronage system". The site documents both framings without erasing either.
